Become a Rightside Spark

Step 1 | Learn Our Mission
Start by exploring what we stand for. Rightside exists to help teens understand their rights and feel confident using their voices. Take some time to review our mission, values, and the work we’ve done so far.

Step 2 | Find Your Role
We offer a variety of ways to get involved—writing articles, helping lead workshops, designing content, and more. Review the available roles and consider where your interests and strengths can shine.

Step 3 | Submit Your Application
When you’re ready, complete the volunteer application form. Tell us about your background, skills, and why you’re interested in joining Rightside. We want to understand your unique perspective and what drives you.

Step 4 | Attend Orientation
If your application is a fit, you’ll be invited to a virtual orientation session. There, you’ll meet the team, learn more about our expectations and resources, and receive role-specific training.

Step 5 | Spark Change
After orientation, you’re officially a Rightside Spark. Whether you're creating content, supporting school chapters, or leading local initiatives—you’ll play a direct role in helping teens across the country understand their rights and feel equipped to take action.
